• Video 2: Hojo Undo - Chi'ishi, basic, variations; Sanchin Kata
• Video 3: Sepai Kata - in depth, timing, focus points; Yakusoku Kumite - Ippon, Nihon, Sanbon combinations

150 mins of intense Okinawan Goju Ryu fundamentals aimed at all Black Belts, Shodan and Higher with ultimate aim ability to survive physically in civilian environment.
